From owning Scenic Valley Marine in Kerrville, to operating the popular Choke Canyon Bass Inn and Waterfront Steakhouse at Choke Canyon Lake (sold to Texas Rangers legend Nolan Ryan), the Hise family has spent over 50 years building strong reputations through hard work, integrity, and outstanding customer service. That same dedication has fueled Scenic Valley Homes for the last 25 years.

With a lifelong passion for business (and golf!), Gary leads Scenic Valley Homes with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. His commitment to doing things the right way has earned the company a reputation for honesty and integrity throughout the Hill Country.
Linda Hise
Vice President
Linda oversees the business operations. Known for her attention to detail, she ensures every customer feels supported throughout the entire building process — from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.
Michael Hise
General Contractor
Michael, who graduated from Tivy High School and attended San Angelo State, is the driving force behind every project. As the on-site General Contractor, he personally supervises every home daily, working closely with subcontractors and ensuring every detail meets Scenic Valley Homes’ strict quality standards. His practical expertise and problem-solving skills are key to delivering exceptional results.
